Ectarc provide education, training, language courses and overseas work placements for students in Europe.

Ectarc came to Cogo, to produce a bespoke web design and content management system with full multilingual capabilities that would allow them to update the website using an simple word-like editor. They can also, at any time, create a new language and add in specific content.

The site was built using XHTML and CSS for accessibility, platform independence and search engine optimisation.
